Tee Ball

Questions parents actually ask

Do I need to know baseball to use this with my player?

No. Parent Mode explains every concept in plain language, so you and your player learn the same play in the same words. If you do know the game, Ball 101 says what you would say, in a way they will actually hear.

What ages is Ball 101 for?

Families with young players, from the first tee ball season on up. A parent picks each player's level, from tee ball to kid pitch and beyond, and the plays match it.

Is this just more screen time?

It is a few minutes at a time, by design, and then go outside. Learn it in short stretches through the week, use it in the yard on Saturday.

How does a screen rep show up on a real field?

Hitting, catching and throwing get all the practice time. The decision is the part that gets skipped: where to go, where to throw, and when to run. When a player has made that call dozens of times at home, they are not thinking through it at game speed. They already know.

What about my player's privacy?

The free preview collects nothing and needs no account. Player profiles exist only after a parent creates them, and a profile is just a first name or nickname, a level, and progress. No ads, no chat, no camera, and parents can delete everything at any time. Full details in our Privacy Policy and notice to parents.

Can my player earn things without me buying anything extra?

Everything in the app is earned by playing. Stars and avatar gear come from demonstrated understanding, never from purchases or ads. One subscription covers it all.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in your Apple account: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refund requests also go through Apple's report a problem page. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I review or delete our data?

In the app, under account settings, Data and Privacy. You can review everything we hold and delete the account outright. You can also email privacy@saga.group from your account address and a person will handle it.

Something in a play looks wrong. What do I do?

Tell us. Wrong baseball is a wrong product, so accuracy reports go to the top of the list ahead of almost anything else. Email support@saga.group with what you saw and we will chase it down.
